I’m moody, hangry, weak and a miserable cow when I’m cutting hard. ok maybe I’m about 6lbs heavier than what I like, but like I always say, it’s my ‘happy weight’ It’s the 6lbs that lets me go out with friends at the weekend, that lets me go out for food during the week, that lets me have ‘rest days’ or miss a day in the gym, it’s the happy weight that lets me love my body but also love my life too!

Things that you used to be insecure about seem so trivial. Or to look at old pictures and wish I still looked like that.

I didn’t want to show my stomach because it wasn’t shredded like it used to be when I competed, now I see my curves as a symbol of the balance and happiness I’ve created in my life. Or to see fitness models and think “until I look like that” I’m not good enough.
